Strojna berba i sušenje kamilice | Chamomile harvesting and drying

Croata. Zadnjih godina potražnja za ljekovitim biljem, a posebno kamilicom je sve veća. Primjenom suvremene mehanizacije radne operacije kod sjetve, berbe i dorade kamilice provode se pravovremeno i kvalitetno. Strojna berba cvijeta kamilice se mora provesti kada biljka dostigne kulminaciju kvalitete i prinosa. Industrijsko sušenje ubrane kamilice predstavlja usko grlo u berbi i doradi cvijeta kamilice. Stoga je nužno koristiti suvremene sušare koje imaju veliki učinak sušenja, a proces sušenja se provodi tako da se maksimalno zadrži kvaliteta osušenih cvjetova. Danas se sve više kao gorivo za sušenje kamilice koristi biomasa (drveni peleti, sječka, briketi, komadno drvo), koje je značajno jefitnije u odnosu na loživo ulje i plin, a u potpunosti zadovoljavaju stroge europske norme u pogledu plinova izgaranja biomase.

Inglés. In recent years the demand for medicinal plants, especially chamomile, has been steadily increasing. Taking advantage of modern technology in planting, harvesting and processing of chamomile during the production process is perfected to be well-timed and highly efficient. Mechanical harvesting of chamomile flowers must be carried out when the plant reaches its peak quality and yield. Industrial drying of harvested chamomile represents a bottleneck during the harvesting and processing of chamomile flowers. It is therefore necessary to use highly efficient state of the art dryers to maintain the maximum quality of dried flowers in the drying process. Today biomass is ever more used as a fuel for drying chamomile (namely wood pellets, chips, briquettes and firewood). Biomass is not only significantly cheaper than heating oil and gas but fully complies with the strict European standards on the emission of pollutants during the combustion of biomass.
