This paper presents a sofware solution for Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) – one of the most popular multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) methods – in the Python programming language. The presented software is named “PyAHP-LLS” and can be used for hierarchy of standard decisionmaking problem which contains goal, criteria and alternatives. PyAHP-LLS uses logarithmic least squares (LLS) prioritization method to compute priority vectors and geometric consistency index (GCI) to determine consistency of the decision maker. PyAHP-LLS is used for the decision-making problem related to selection of suitable method for calculating evapotranspiration within the standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index (SPEI) modified for the Vojvodina region. Goal of PyAHP-LLS is to make usage of AHP easier for professionals and researchers and to increase interest of students in the Python programming language and MCDA.
