Оптимизация процесса экстрагирования биоактивных веществ из кожицы винограда

In this study, we investigated the extraction process of bioactive substances from red grape skin. The experiment was carried out using two solvents: distilled water and ethyl alcohol solution with a concentration of 50%. The hydromodule, temperature and duration at which a more complete extraction of grape antioxidants took place were determined.
