Control of a number of cabbage moth males (Plutella xylostella L.) in crops of spring rapeseed using pheromones | Контроль численности самцов капустной моли (Plutella xylostella L.) в посевах ярового рапса с помощью феромонов

Inglés. Cabbage moth Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus, 1758) is a wide spreading pest of rapeseed and other cruciferous crops. Annual yield loses and expenses for this insect control in the world are estimated at 4-5 billion dollars. The pest has an increased tendency to develop resistance to pesticides. The modern instrumental way to monitor P. xylostella number is usage of traps filled with synthetic sex pheromone. The use of a mating disruption method allows lowering effectively both pest number and insecticide application. In 2017–2020, activity of pheromone and method of P. xylostella male disorientation were studied in rapeseed crops at the V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops, Krasnodar. The P. xylostella males were caught in traps with all the studied types of dispensers. A pheromone demonstrated the highest activity on foil dispenser (F). The disorientation method decreased effectively a number of P. xylostella in rapeseed crops. By the end of the crop vegetation, the use effectiveness was high, it reached 82.5%.

Ruso. Капустная моль Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus, 1758) является распространенным вредителем рапса и прочих культур семейства крестоцветные. Ежегодные потери урожая и затраты на борьбу с вредителем в мире оцениваются в 4–5 млрд долларов. Вредитель имеет повышенную тенденцию к развитию устойчивости к инсектицидам. Современным инструментальным методом мониторинга P. xylostella является применение ловушек с синтетическим половым феромоном. Использование метода нарушения спаривания позволит эффективно снизить количество вредителя и сократить применение инсектицидов. Исследования по изучению активности феромона и оценку метода дезориентации самцов P. xylostella проводили на базе ФГБНУ ФНЦ ВНИИ масличных культур (г. Краснодар) в 2017–2020 гг. в посевах ярового рапса. Установлено, что самцы P. xylostella отлавливались в ловушки со всеми испытанными видами диспенсеров. Наибольшую активность феромон проявлял на фольгапленовом диспенсере (Ф). Метод дезориентации эффективно снижал численность P. xylostella в посевах рапса, эффект от применения метода к окончанию вегетации культуры был высоким и достигал 82,5%.
