Abstract: Recipes to help stay in shape were developed for the SHAPE program and represent recommendations made for healthier food selection, preparation, and consumption. SHAPE is a total lifestyle program designed to improve health and well-being; it emphasizes personal responsibility for health including fitness, nutrition (low fat, sugar, and calories, high fiber), and stress management. Recipes are provided for appetizers through main courses, plus sauces and relishes, breakfast dishes, beverages. (kbc).
