Abstract: One hundred and eight citations from the Food Science and Technology Abstracts Data Base (from September 1974 to December 1979) provide international coverage of studies on cholesterol. Almost all of the citations give an abstract of the article, patent, dissertation or conference paper cited. Topics include: the cholesterol content of foods; the effects of cholesterol on health; food consumption trends; and methods of measuring and reducing cholesterol in foods, animals, and humans.
