Provides activities, ideas, and content to assist adult or teen helpers for the Foods Project. The guide is organized into four levels (10-11 year-olds, 12-13 year-olds, 14-16 year-olds, and 17-19 year-olds), and each level of the leader/helper's guide is divided into six major categories: healthy food section; food safety; smart food purchasing; food preservation; food preparation; and careers. Each section contains additional background information not found in the Member's guide: easy-to-use reference tables; group activities that can be done at club meetings, project workshops, or school or camp programs; and solutions to questions posed in the Member's manuals.
