This publication contains the results of several special crop enterprise studies for the 1976 crop year. crops included are processing sweet corn, red kidney dry beans, muck onions in Orange County, N.Y., Long Island potatoes and western New York apples. emphasis is on growing and harvesting costs on a per acre and per unit basis. the data show not only the average of the enterprise costs but also variations between enterprises for several factors.
