A Game format for use in patient education

A Game, based on "Tic-Tac-Toe", can be used to review and evaluate knowledge acquired from a basic diabetes education program. It requires only readily available materials and can be used at the bedside and in the classroom. Content is structured in 3 categories: general, insulin-dependent, and oral hypoglycemics. Directions are given for 2 or more players. (emc)
