This study aimed to examine the potential of eggplant extract on the mortality of H. Antonii and to determine the most effective concentration of eggplant extract that can be used as bioinsecticide for H. antonii. Three concentrations of S.melongena extracts were used as treatments, namely 5, 7.5 and 10%, besides control and 0.1% cypermethrin were used as comparisons. Data collected were mortality of nymphs and adults of H. antonii. The results showed that the application of eggplant extract was able to kill nymphs and adults of H. antonii. The mortality of nymphs ranged from 71.67 to 89.17% and for adults range 37.67 -72.88%. The maximum mortality was found with 10% concentration and was significantly at par different with cypermethrin. This study showed that eggplant extract had the potential to control H. antonii.
