This article encourages school food service operators to work with others (teachers, administrators and school staff, families, and greater community members) to develop activities that can make National School Lunch Week a school-wide event. It provides ideas that: 1) hook into the 1998 theme, "School Lunch: It's a Hit"; or 2) have a broader focus on school meal programs in general.
