Quality control circles raise quality, lower costs

The Quality Control Circle concept is designed to improve productivity. It also improves internal communications and enhances labor relations. In this type of program small groups of employees engaged in the same type of work meet regularly and voluntarily to identify, analyze and solve problems. Management reviews recommendations from the circles, and if a decision is made to implement it, members of the circle are assigned the task where possible.
