What do supervisors want from their jobs?

Results of a three year survey of 300 supervisors show some interesting regional differences and some attitude changes concerning what supervisors want from their jobs. The ten factors which the supervisors were asked to rank in order of importance are listed. The results are compared in three categories: by supervisory level, by year, and by geographic region. An analysis of the statistics and what factors might have affected them is presented. Tables show data.
