Body mass index and the limits of human survival

The purpose of the present paper is to concentrate on the lower range of BMI and the limits of human survival. Although such an analysis does not consider other aspects such as morbidity and the relationship of work capacity to BMI, it is hoped that the results presented here will further clarify the use of BMI in defining CED.
