Sweet Life – Lifestyle of Generation Z?

Generation Z is a common name for a group of people born from the mid-1990s onward. This group of people is also called the Internet Generation or the generation of the 21st century. Unlike previous generations, members of this generation have spent practically their whole lives in the digital age, giving their lifestyle, habits and consumption specific characteristics. This article presents the results of research among people under the age of 25 years. Research has shown that Generation Z has a positive attitude to sugar and a relatively higher consumption of beverages with added sugar and wines with a higher sugar content compared to older generations.
