Respuesta del cultivo de arroz, cv ir 71706 al estrés hídrico bajo riego por goteo en la UNALM

En la presente investigación los tratamientos utilizados para evaluar la respuesta del cultivo de arroz al estrés hídrico fueron: 0, -10, -15, -20 kPa de tensión de la humedad del suelo para (T0, T1, T2 y T3) con una variación de ±2 kPa respectivamente. Los tratamientos se realizaron en la fase fenológica vegetativa de macollamiento e inicio de la fase reproductiva, en el resto del desarrollo del cultivo la humedad se mantuvo con valores cercanos a capacidad de campo en todos los tratamientos. La variedad de arroz fue IR-71706 cultivado entre los meses de noviembre del 2017 a abril del 2018 dentro del campus de la UNALM. Las variables respuestas evaluadas fueron: el crecimiento de la planta, número de macollos por planta a lo largo del cultivo y después de la cosecha se evaluó el rendimiento, componentes de rendimiento (número de panículas por m2, número de granos llenos por panícula y peso de mil granos llenos), profundidad de raíz, productividad del agua y el coeficiente de estrés hídrico (Ks). La altura de planta fue muy sensible al déficit de agua presentando diferencias significativas entre la mayoría de tratamientos con excepción de la relación entre T2 con T3, la diferencia entre T0 y T1 fue de 10 cm, no ocurre lo mismo en macollamiento donde solo el tratamiento T1 tiene mayor número de macollos y el resto de tratamientos con estrés (T2 y T3) redujeron su número. Con respecto al rendimiento el tratamiento sin estrés (T0) obtuvo un rendimiento promedio de 10.29 t ha-1 con una reducción de 9, 34.2 y 35.4 por ciento, con respecto a los tratamientos T1, T2 y T3. Los tratamientos que tienen mayor número de panículas y número de granos llenos por panícula fueron T0 y T1. La productividad del agua fue de 1.12 kg m-3 para T0; 1.07, 0.8 y 0.81 kg m-3 en los tratamientos T1, T2 y T3. Los coeficientes de estrés hídrico del experimento fueron de 0.91, 0.66 y 0.64 en T1, T2 y T3 respectivamente.
