The populations of Z. tritici and R. collo-cygni were collected from the territory of the Czech Republic and evaluated in resistence to azoxystrobin, prothioconazole, fluxapyroxad and fenpicoxamid. Extremely high ED50 level was found in both pathogens to azoxystrobin in 2020. Z. tritici showed high level of insensitivity also in 2018 and 2019. The number of low sensitive isolates to prothioconazole increased significantly in 2020 compare with season 2019 although the ED50 level was only jently increasing. The sensitivity to fluxapyroxad and fenpicoxamid was absolute in 2020. R. collo-cygni occurence allowed this screening in 2020 after a few years of non-regular pathogen distribution in the aimed territory. More then 80 % of isolates were less susceptible to prothioconazole. Also a part of population showed slight decrease of sensitivity to fluxapyroxad. Minimal number of isolates showed lower sensitivity to fenpicoxamid.
