Influence of chitosan complex on zootechnical indicators of growing broiler chickens in industrial poultry farm conditions | Влияние хитозанового комплекса на зоотехнические показатели выращивания цыплят-бройлеров в условиях промышленной птицефабрики

Inglés. The research purpose is a scientific and practical grounding of the use effectiveness of domestic feed additive based on chitosan, namely chitosan complex CC – 1. The experimental broiler chickens were raised on floors for 38-40 days under increased flock density of 23.5 birds/m2. The experiments were carried out at one of industrial poultry farms situated in the Oryol region. The production feed program applied in all the groups was the same in terms of the set of ingredients; the difference between the control and experimental groups (poultry houses) was that the chitosan complex CC-1 at the rate of 70 g per 1 t of feed was added to the diets of broilers kept in 3 experimental poultry houses (117,906 chickens in total). Three control poultry houses contained 118,000 chickens at the beginning of the experiment. It was found that the production of poultry meat in slaughter weight in 3 control poultry houses amounted to 193,950 kg, in 3 experimental ones - 197,957 kg. In the poultry houses where CC-1 was used in combined fodders for broilers, by 4007 kg (2.02%) more meat was obtained than in the control. This was achieved because the broiler survival rate in all experimental poultry houses at the end of rearing was 93.53%, and in the control houses - 91.83%. The meat yield per 1 m2 of floor in experimental poultry houses when raising broilers under conditions of increased stocking rate (23.5 heads/m2) with a slaughter period of 38-40 days was by 1.2-3.6% higher than in control poultry houses. It should be noted that feed costs are lower per 1 kg of live weight gain in broilers kept in the experimental poultry houses compared to the control ones. The European broiler rearing efficiency index in the experimental poultry houses was by 9 to 17 units higher than in the control ones. CC-1 had a positive effect on the zootechnical parameters of poultry rearing under increased flock density conditions at an industrial poultry farm; and it is a valuable feed additive for broilers.

Цель исследований - научно-практическое обоснование эффективности применения отечественной кормовой добавки на основе хитозана (комплекс хитозановый "КХ - 1") при напольном выращивании цыплят-бройлеров в течение 38-40 дней в условиях повышенной плотности посадки (23,5 гол./м2). Опыты проводили на одной из промышленных птицефабрик, расположенных в Орловской области. Использованная во всех группах производственная кормовая программа была одинаковой по набору ингредиентов; разница между контрольными и опытными группами (птичниками) состояла в том, что в рационы бройлеров, выращиваемых в трех опытных птичниках (общее поголовье - 117906 гол.), вводили хитозановый комплекс "КХ-1" из расчета 70 г на 1 т комбикорма. В трех контрольных птичниках в начале опыта содержалось 118000 цыплят. Установлено, что производство мяса птицы в убойной массе в трех контрольных птичниках составило 193950 кг, в трех опытных - 197957 кг. В птичниках, где применялся "КХ-1" в комбикормах для бройлеров, было получено на 4007 кг (2,02%) больше мяса, чем в контроле. Это было достигнуто в результате того, что сохранность бройлеров во всех опытных птичниках в конце выращивания составляла 93,53%, а в контрольных - 91,83%. Выход мяса с 1 м2 пола в опытных птичниках при выращивании бройлеров в условиях повышенной плотности посадки (23,5 гол./м2) со сроками убоя 38-40 дней был на 1,2-3,6% выше, чем в контрольных птичниках. Следует отметить более низкие затраты корма на 1 кг прироста живой массы бройлеров, содержащихся в опытных птичниках по сравнению с контрольными. Европейский индекс эффективности выращивания бройлеров в опытных птичниках был на 9-17 единиц выше, чем в контрольных птичниках. "КХ-1" оказал положительное влияние на зоотехнические и экономические показатели выращивания птицы в условиях повышенной плотности посадки на промышленной птицефабрике и является ценной кормовой добавкой для бройлеров.
