Influence of treatment of peat-gley soil on the water and thermal regime and yield of potatoes under the Northern Trans-Urals conditions | Влияние обработки торфянисто-глеевой почвы на водно-тепловой режим и урожайность картофеля в условиях Северного Зауралья

Inglés. The study purpose is to establish the influence of the peaty-gley soil plowing depth on the water and temperature regime, as well as the yield of 'Nevsky' potatoes cultivated here. Field experiments were carried out in 2014–2016 in the Tarmanskoye lowland swamp located in the forest-steppe zone of the Northern Trans-Urals. The experiment scheme: plowing to a depth of 0.22 m (control); plowing with extra plowing of the underlying peat mineral ground with a thickness of 0.05; 0.10; 0.15 m. The repetition is 4-fold. As a result of the study, a decrease in moisture capacity in a 0.2-meter layer of peaty-gley soil was established by 17.2–34.7%. This was facilitated by the enrichment of mineral ground during plowing to a depth of 0.27–0.37 m. At a depth of 0.2–0.4 m, moisture capacity increases by 5.5–13.4% due to the organic matter of peat. Deep plowing (0.37 m) ensured an increase in moisture reserves in the 0.5 m layer from 0.6 of the least moisture capacity (LMC) at the control (0.22 m) to the upper limit of the optimum (0.9 LMC). In the lower part of the soil profile (0.6–1 m), moisture reserves did not depend on the plowing depth. The maximum changes in soil temperature, increasing on average by 0.6–0.7 deg. C over the study years, were established in plots when plowing 0.15 m of mineral ground. The most significant differences in soil warming were noted in the first half of the growing season (1.1–1.2 deg. C). The yield of potato cultivated on peaty-gley soil at the plowing depth of 0.22 m on average over 3 years reached 26.69. As the plowing depth increases the yield rose as indicated below: 0.27 m – 29.15 t (9.2%); 0.32 m – 30.11 (12.8%); 0.37 m –32.45 t/ha (21.6%). The starch content in 'Nevsky' potato tubers obtained in the control plot was 11.3%, due to the plowing depth of 0.37 m it increased to 13.4%. It is concluded that the drained peat-clay soils are suitable for potato production, provided that a scientifically sound basic tillage system is followed.

Ruso. Цель исследования – установить влияние глубины вспашки на водный и температурный режим торфянисто-глеевой почвы, а также на урожайность возделываемого на ней картофеля сорта Невский. Полевые опыты проводили в 2014–2016 гг. на низинном болоте Тарманское, расположенном в лесостепной зоне Северного Зауралья. Схема опыта: вспашка на глубину 0,22 м (контроль); вспашка с припашкой подстилающего торф минерального грунта толщиной 0,05; 0,10; 0,15 м. Повторность 4-кратная. В результате исследования установлено снижение влагоемкости в 0,2-метровом слое торфянисто-глеевой почвы на 17,2–34,7%. Этому способствовало обогащение минеральным грунтом при вспашке на глубину 0,27–0,37 м. На глубине 0,2–0,4 м влагоемкость увеличилась на 5,5–13,4% за счет органического вещества торфа. Глубокая вспашка (0,37 м) обеспечила увеличение запасов влаги в слое 0,5 м с 0,6 наименьшей влагоемкости (НВ) на контроле (0,22 м) до верхнего предела оптимума (0,9 НВ). В нижней части почвенного профиля (0,6–1,0 м) запасы влаги не зависели от глубины вспашки. Максимальные изменения температуры почвы установлены на делянках с припахиванием 0,15 м минерального грунта, где она увеличилась в среднем за годы исследования на 0,6–0,7 град. С. Самые существенные различия в прогревании почвы отмечены в первую половину вегетации (1,1–1,2 град. С). Урожайность картофеля на торфянисто-глеевой почве при глубине вспашки 0,22 м в среднем за 3 года достигала 26,69 т. По мере увеличения глубины вспашки урожайность возрастала: 0,27 м – 29,15 т (9,2%); 0,32 м – 30,11 (12,8%); 0,37 м – 32, 45 т/га (21,6%). Содержание крахмала в клубнях картофеля в контроле составляло 11,3%; при глубине вспашки 0,37 м оно увеличилось до 13,4%. Сделан вывод, что осушаемые торфянисто-глеевые почвы пригодны для производства картофеля при условии соблюдения научно обоснованной системы основной обработки почвы.
