It is difficult to select such places in the debris flow channel where the flow movement, save exceptions, is characterized by the invariance of the hydraulic regime and characteristic parameters. Based on this, in order to select regulatory measures, the paper evaluates the abnormality of flows, obtains the differential equation of unsteady motion, which is in full agreement with the mechanics of anomalous fluids. The possibilities of behavior in link flow channels and the calculation model of the free surface area have been obtained. Ref. 18.
