The effect of feed additives from natural resources and the method of feeding them on the hematological parameters of calves | Влияние кормовых добавок из природных ресурсов и способа их скармливания на гематологические показатели телят

Inglés. The research objects were natural feed additives, calves, and calf blood. The research was carried out involving black-and-white breed heifers of two months of age in the Krasnoyarsk Region in 2023. The experiment lasted 90 days. According to the principle of analogues, calves were divided into two experimental and one control groups, 14 heads each. All calves were provided with the basic diet. The ration intended for the experimental groups was supplemented with following feed additives, g per a head a day: in the 1st group in dry form: pine needles flour – 20, pine nut shell flour – 20, arabinogalactan – 2.5, and expanded vermiculite – 20 g; in the 2nd group - expanded vermiculite enriched in a water extract of pine needles, pine nut shells and arabinogalactan - 20. As a result of the conducted studies, it was found that the calves of the 2nd experimental group had the highest live weight, absolute and average daily weight gains at the end of the experiment - 163.71, 74.28 kg and 825.3 g, respectively, and exceeded the indicators of the control group by 5.21 kg (3.29%), 3.85 kg (5.47%) and 41.85 g (5.34%), P more 0.95 respectively. The blood of calves of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups contained more leukocytes by 11.16 and 14.13%, lymphocytes by 27.59 and 24.78%, neutrophils by 16.09 and 10.34%, respectively, than that of calves of the control group. The calves of the 2nd experimental group had a higher hemoglobin content by 7.08%, erythrocytes by 18.65%, total protein by 10.24%, albumins by 8.84% (P more 0.99), calcium by 3.67% (P more 0.95), glucose by 5.33% than those of the control group. There were no significant differences between the blood values of calves of the experimental groups.

Ruso. Объектами исследований послужили натуральные кормовые добавки, телята, кровь телят. Исследования проводили в 2023 г. в Красноярском крае на телочках черно-пестрой породы 2-месячного возраста, опыт длился 90 дней. По принципу аналогов были сформированы две опытные и контрольная группы телят, по 14 голов в каждой. Все телята получали основной рацион, опытные группы в дополнение к основному рациону получали кормовые добавки, включающие: в 1-й группе в сухом виде (г на голову в сутки): муку из сосновой хвои – 20, муку из скорлупы кедрового ореха – 20, арабиногалактан – 2,5, вспученный вермикулит – 20; во 2-й группе: вспученный вермикулит, обогащенный водным экстрактом сосновой хвои, скорлупы кедрового ореха и арабиногалактана – 20 г на голову в сутки. В результате исследований установлено, что наибольшую живую массу, абсолютный и среднесуточный приросты в конце опыта имели телята 2-й опытной группы – 163,71; 74,28 кг и 825,3 г, соответственно и превышали показатели контрольной группы на 5,21 кг (3,29%), 3,85 кг (5,47%) и 41,85 г (5,34%) (P больше 0,95) соответственно. В крови телят 1-й и 2-й опытных групп содержалось больше, чем у телят контрольной группы, лейкоцитов на 11,16 и 14,13 %, лимфоцитов на – 27,59 и 24,78%, нейтрофилов – на 16,09 и 10,34% соответственно. У телят 2-й опытной группы было выше, чем у телят контрольной группы, содержание гемоглобина на 7,08%, эритроцитов на 18,65%, общего белка на 10,24%, альбуминов на 8,84% (P больше 0,99), кальция – на 3,67% (P больше 0,95), глюкозы – на 5,33%. Между показателями крови телят опытных групп не было выявлено достоверных различий.
