Diagnostico organizacional para la empresa D-Impresos

Se muestra un diagnóstico organizacional, que permita describir la situación actual de la empresa y a su vez, analizar una estrategia necesaria para dar solución a la problemática que garantice el desarrollo de la organización. Por ende, en la empresa se hace necesario revisar periódicamente el clima organizacional y así poder identificar las falencias que se estén presentando, cuando estas sean identificadas. Al mismo tiempo, como resultado de las falencias registradas, conviene realizar una propuesta a modo de ayudar a la organización; a corregir y mejorar su eficiencia, con esto la empresa obtendrá resultados significativos, donde se podría evidenciar la diferencia entre esta organización y otras. Por tal motivo, es importante resaltar el factor humano en las empresas. La postergación de la productividad no puede ocultar las necesidades verdaderamente humanas necesarias en el colaborador para ejercer su trabajo en un ambiente adecuado. El clima organizacional, es un concepto que está tomando auge en el último tiempo, entendido como aquel concepto “medible” sobre el desarrollo y desenvolvimiento del trabajo, en relación con su productividad, dentro de la empresa.

An organizational diagnosis is presented, which allows to describe the current situation of the company and, at the same time, to analyze a strategy needed to solve the problem that guarantees the development of the organization. Therefore, in the company it is necessary to periodically review the organizational climate in order to be able to identify the shortcomings that are present, when they are identified. At the same time, as a result of the shortcomings recorded, it is advisable to make a proposal in order to help the organization; to correct and improve its efficiency, with this the company will obtain significant results, where the difference between this organization and others could be evidenced. For this reason, it is important to highlight the human factor in companies. The postponement of productivity cannot hide the truly human needs of the collaborator to carry out his work in a suitable environment. Organizational climate is a concept that has been gaining importance in recent times, understood as that “measurable” concept about the development and development of work, in relation to its productivity, within the company.
