Apoyo tecnico al programa de buenas practicas de ordeño en la secretaria de desarrollo rural en el municipio de Sardinata, Norte de Santander

La población del municipio de Sardinata, Norte de Santander tiene como principal actividad económica la agricultura seguida de la actividad pecuaria con producción de bovinos de doble propósito (carne y leche) porcinos, equinos y aves de corral y por último la actividad minera con extracción de carbón mineral y entre otros. Por lo anterior por medio de la investigación, acompañamiento y seguimiento se identificó las practicas de ordeño realizadas en las diferentes fincas donde se logró identificar los aspectos de mejoramiento en donde se realizaron capacitaciones y asesorías técnicas para implementar protocolos de BPO (Buenas Prácticas de Ordeño) para obtener mejor calidad del producto y sanidad de hato lechero. Las personas encargadas en realizar este procedimiento comprendieron que la asepsia y el manejo correcto del producto permitirán una mayor rentabilidad económica y mayor producción.

The main economic activity of the population of the municipality of Sardinata, Norte de Santander is agriculture, followed by livestock with the production of dual-purpose cattle (meat and milk), pigs, horses, and poultry, and finally, mining with extraction of mineral coal and among others. Therefore, through research, monitoring and follow-up, the milking practices carried out in the different farms were identified, where it was possible to identify the improvement aspects where training and technical advice were carried out to implement BPO protocols (Good Milking Practices) to obtain better product quality and dairy herd health. The people in charge of carrying out this procedure understood that asepsis and the correct handling of the product will allow greater economic profitability and greater production.
