EVOLUCION DE LOS FLUJOS DE CARGA A TRAVES DEL AIQ Y SU INFRAESTRUCTURA COMO MEDIO PARA UNA MAYOR COMPETITIVIDAD.

"Es de gran importancia el desarrollo de un diagnóstico del transporte de carga aérea en los aeropuertos de media y baja demanda en México, dado que con base en él se pueden identificar oportunidades y áreas prioritarias que impulsen y apoyen este sector. El presente trabajo representa un diagnóstico sobre la participación del Aeropuerto Internacional de Querétaro en cuanto al manejo de carga aérea a través de una revisión estadística tomada de distintos documentos oficiales y en particular con una investigación de campo que busca obtener la opinión de un mercado potencial en cuanto al movimiento de carga, así como de los llamados agentes de carga (AC) que participan en el proceso logístico para el manejo de mercancías a través del AIQ. El proceso para la realización del presente proyecto consintió en establecer contacto con los distintos actores participantes en el manejo de carga en el AIQ – agentes aduanales, agentes de carga, líneas aéreas de carga, administrador del AIQ- con la finalidad de determinar qué papel juegan cada uno de estos eslabones dentro de una cadena logística global de distribución, así como obtener su perspectiva y proyección sobre el crecimiento en el volumen de carga aérea en el mismo aeropuerto. El trabajo incluye un análisis sobre aquellos factores externos que han venido afectando de manera positiva y negativa a la demanda de servicios de carga aérea en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Querétaro en los últimos años. Además, se describe la relación competitiva entre aeropuertos de similares características y con el autotransporte para el manejo de carga en Querétaro."

"It is of great importance the development of a diagnostic about air freight transportation in airports of medium and low demand in Mexico, because based on it we can identify opportunities and priority areas to support this sector. The present paperwork represents a diagnostic about the participation of the International Airport of Querétaro in the handling of air freight through a statistical review taken from several official documents and with a research that seeks to obtain the opinion of a potential manufacture market for load movements, as well as the opinion of the agents’ cargo (AC) involved in the logistics process for the handling of goods through the AIQ. The process to obtain the project finished was through the communication with the most relevant actors involved in cargo handling through the AIQ - customs agents, freight forwarders, cargo lines, AIQ - in order to determine what is the role of each one within a global logistics distribution chain, as well as obtaining its perspective about the growth in the volume of air cargo through the same airport. The paperwork includes an analysis of external factors that have a positive and negative effects on the demand for air transportation services in the International Airport of Queretaro in recent years. In addition, it describes the competitive relationship between airports with similar characteristics, and the road transportation cargo handling in Querétaro Vs the air freight market in the same location."
