Determination of phenolic acids in wine by the thin-layer chromatography method.

The composition of phenolic acids was determined by the method of thin-layer chromatography of Napareuli wine sample. It was shown that the composition of phenolic acids in wine is lower than in brandy. This method can be used in factory laboratory conditions. Fig. 1, Ref. 2.
