Digital technologies for the management of biotechnological processes based on cognitive modeling (using the example of protecting apple tree plantations from apple worm) | Цифровые технологии управления биотехнологическими процессами на основе когнитивного моделирования (на примере защиты насаждений яблони от яблонной плодожорки)

Inglés. The necessity of developing digital technologies for managing biotechnological processes (BP) in long-term agrocenoses based on cognitive modeling is substantiated. Methodological approaches to the construction of effective control tools for BP based on the logical concept of the triad of organization, management, efficiency in a dynamic cycle have been developed. An algorithm for forming digital control technologies for BP is suggested, including: the formation of multifunctional databases and data banks and digital applications, cognitive modeling of system relationships and the formation of cognitive maps, the development of system architecture of a prototype program, approbation and check of the adequacy of the digital application. An algorithm was developed for constructing cognitive models for forming control tools for BP in long-term agrocenoses, including clarification of goal setting and local tasks; the distribution of functional relationships between the structural components of the agrocenosis using methods of correlation and regression analysis; economic and statistical characteristics of system relationships in reproductive processes in functional affect areas using correlation matrices and discriminant analysis; verification of the results of optimization of parameters of functional stability and technological and economic efficiency of production and technological processes. A cognitive process control map is built using the example of protecting fruit plantations from pests. A flowchart of an algorithm for building a digital control program for BP for protecting fruit crops is proposed using the example of apple warm, which provides for developing a data import technology from a weather station to determine the sum of effective temperatures and determine the start of processing depending on the stage of pest development; neural network technologies for detecting a harmful object; a module for automated selection of a protection system.

Ruso. Обоснована необходимость разработки цифровых технологий управления биотехнологическими процессами (БП) в многолетних агроценозах на основе когнитивного моделирования. Разработаны методические подходы к построению эффективного инструментария управления БП, основанные на логической концепции триады (организация, управление, эффективность) в динамическом цикле. Предложен алгоритм формирования цифровых технологий управления БП, включающий: формирование многофункциональных баз и банков данных и цифровых приложений, когнитивное моделирование системных взаимосвязей и формирование когнитивных карт, разработка системной архитектуры прототипа программы, апробация и проверка адекватности цифрового приложения. Разработан алгоритм построения когнитивных моделей формирования инструментов управления БП в многолетних агроценозах, включающий уточнение целеполагания и локальных задач; распределение функциональных взаимосвязей между структурными компонентами агроценоза с использованием методов корреляционно-регрессионного анализа; экономико-статистическую характеристику системных взаимосвязей в воспроизводственных процессах по функциональным областям воздействия с использованием корреляционных матриц и дискриминантного анализа; верификацию результатов оптимизации параметров функциональной устойчивости и технолого-экономической эффективности производственно-технологических процессов. Построена когнитивная карта управления процессами на примере защиты плодовых насаждений от вредителей. Предложена блок-схема алгоритма построения цифровой программы управления БП защиты плодовых насаждений на примере яблонной плодожорки, предусматривающая разработку технологии импорта данных с метеостанции для определения суммы эффективных температур и определения начала обработки в зависимости от стадии развития вредителя; нейросетевые технологии детектирования вредного объекта; модуль автоматизированного подбора системы защиты.
