Evaluación de panacea 007 para el control de la roya blanca (Puccinia horiana Henn) en cultivo de crisantemo (Chrysanthemum) en la finca Gualango Municipio de Silvia Cauca

El proyecto de investigación se hizo en el ciclo vegetal del cultivo de crisantemo (Chrysanthemum) bajo cubierta en la variedad pompones y variedad variedades en la finca Gualango municipio de Silvia en la vereda La Estrella en un área de 5000 m² la cual está destinada a la producción de flores de crisantemos (Chrysanthemum) y sus variedades de manera convencional hace 5 años , en vista que este cultivo se ha visto afectado principalmente por la enfermedad de la roya blanca (Puccinia horiana Henn) causado por un hongo que ataca únicamente esta especie, es considera cuarentenaria porque representa gran impacto económico y ambiental su dispersión en el territorio genera efectos negativos aumentando considerablemente los costos de producción , la utilización de agroquímicos , mano de obra y pérdida total del cultivo si no se controla a tiempo genera focos de propagación por ende el objetivo es evaluar la efectividad Panacea 007 en el control de la roya blanca (Puccinia horiana Henn) en el cultivo de crisantemo comercial (Chrysanthemum ) la metodologia que se implemento es el diseño en bloques completamente al azar con tres tratamientos conformado cada uno por 100 plántulas y sus 3 repeticiones , donde TO (sin aplicación de producto), T1( concentración de 3cm/litro y T3 (concentración 5cm/litro), se realizaron 9 aplicaciones del producto panacea 007, por medio del el programa infostad donde aplico el análisis de ANOVA y se contrastarán su media mediante test de TUKEY con un P valor del 95% se logró analizar los datos estadísticos de la investigación para identificar que la dosis óptima para control de RB fue con el T2 con dosis de aplicación de 5cm/Lt con un 95% de confianza en comparación con los TO y T1 que presentaron porcentajes altos de incidencia y severidad durante la evaluación de los ensayos mediante el análisis de ANOVA y se contrastarán su media mediante test de TUKEY con un P valor del 95%. Se concluye que el producto pannacea 007 fue efectivo para controlar la roya blanca en el cultivo de crisantemo (Chrysanthemum ) durante su ciclo vegetal.

It is concluded that the product pannacea 007 was effective to control white rust in the chrysanthemum crop during its vegetative cycle.
