Plan de gestión integral de residuos sólidos del edificio de la Antigua Beneficencia del Valle del Cauca

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad definir los lineamientos básicos para el diseñó del Plan de Gestión Integral de los residuos sólidos (PGIRS) del edificio de la Antigua Beneficencia del Valle, el cual pertenece a la Gobernación del Valle del Cauca, teniendo en cuenta los requisitos de la norma técnica ISO 14001:2015. Dentro de los planes de la gobernación actual por tener un valle más verde, nace el interés por generar el documento de PGIRS, el cual actualmente ninguno de los edificios de la Gobernación del Valle del Cauca cuenta con él, pero debido a la magnitud y al poco tiempo que hay para realizar dicha formulación como pasantía institucional, se buscó diseñar los lineamientos base para la formulación del mismo, teniendo en cuenta los requerimientos que se presentan en la ISO 14001:2015, y así por medio de este, buscar controlar los impactos que se están presentando por la falta del mismo PGIRS. Para comprender el estado actual del edificio, se recopilo información y se realizó un diagnóstico base que permitió identificar los aspectos que se encuentran con falencias y que están generando impactos ambientales. Se realizó una metodología guiada por los objetivos establecidos en el trabajo, esto con la intención de identificar las actividades realizadas para darle cumplimiento a cada uno de los objetivos y lograr presentar un paso a paso que lleva a obtener un documento final como documento guía para la institución. Con base en lo anterior, se realizan ciertas recomendaciones que le servirán de implemento a el encargado de generar el PGIR dentro de la institución, tanto para el edificio de la Antigua Beneficencia, como para las otras instalaciones de la Gobernación del Valle del Cauca.

The present work aims to define the basic guidelines for the design of the Plan for the Integral Management of Solid Waste (PIMSW) of the building of the Antigua Beneficencia del Valle, which belongs to the Gobernación del Valle del Cauca, considering the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. Within the plans of the current government to have a greener valley, there is an interest in generating the PGIRS document, which currently none of the buildings of the Government of Valle del Cauca have, but due to the magnitude and There is little time to carry out said formulation as an institutional internship, we sought to design the base guidelines for its formulation, taking into account the requirements presented in ISO 14001: 2015, and thus, through this, seek to control the impacts that are being presented due to the lack of the same PGIRS. In order to understand the current state of the building, information was collected, and a base diagnosis was made that allowed to identify the aspects that are lacking and that are generating environmental impacts. A methodology was carried out guided by the objectives established in the work, this is done with the intention of identifying the activities carried out to implement each of the objectives and to present a step by step that leads to obtaining a final document as a guiding document for the institution. Based on the above, certain recommendations are made that will serve as an implementation to the person in charge of generating the PGIR within the institution, both for the building of the Old Charity, as for the other facilities of the Gubernation del Valle del Cauca
