Gestión, eficiencia y ahorro energético en la empresa Guarnetex SAS

RESUMEN : La gestión, el uso eficiente y ahorro de energía se ha ido regulando ampliamente en Colombia. Sin embargo, no ha tenido el impacto que se esperaba debido a la falta de implementación. El sector de la industria textil ha experimentado avances tecnológicos que incluyen cambios de la energía consumida en sus diferentes procesos. La empresa Guarnetex SAS hace parte de la industria textil, fabricando elásticos angostos para ropa interior. En sus procesos industriales se utiliza energía de diferentes maneras, generando una gran problemática debido al uso deficiente de este recurso. Con base en lo anterior, el presente trabajo propone cambios o mejoras en los usos de energía de la empresa Guarnetex SAS, con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia energética, reducir las emisiones de CO2. Para lograr este objetivo se identificaron oportunidades de mejora en los diferentes espacios de la empresa y con base en esto se formularon estrategias en pro de la gestión, eficiencia y ahorro en la empresa Guarnetex.

ABSTRACT : The management, efficient use and saving of energy has been regulating extensively in Colombia. However, it has not had the expected impact due to lack of implementation. The textile industry has experienced technological advances that include changes in the energy consumed in its different processes. The Guarnetex SAS company is part of the textile industry, manufacturing narrow elastics for underwear. In its industrial processes, energy is used in different ways, generating a great problem due to the poor use of this resource. Based on the above, the present work proposes changes or improvements in the energy uses of the Guarnetex SAS company, in order to improve energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions. To achieve this objective, opportunities for improvement were identified in the different areas of the company, and based on this, strategies were formulated in favor of management, efficiency, and savings in the Guarnetex company.
