مدى تطبيق معايير الحوكمة في الشركات العائلية وعلاقتها بتحقيق الريادة الاجتماعية | Extent to which governance standards are applied in family companies and their relationship to social leadership

هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في مدى تطبيق معايير الحوكمة في الشركات العائلية وعلاقتها بتحقيق الريادة الاجتماعية، وتحديد مستوى تطبيق معايير حوكمة الشركات العائلية في مدينة الخليل، وكذلك مستوى الريادة الاجتماعية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (254) شركة حسب إحصائية غرفة تجارة وصناعة الخليل للعام 2023م، حيث تم الحصول على قائمة بأسماء الشركات ومعلوماتهم، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة ومقابلة كأدوات جمع المعلومات، وتم الحصول على (204) استبانة من العاملين في الإدارة العليا، وكذلك على (20) مقابلة مع مديرين بتلك الشركات، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. أظهرت درجة عالية من تطبيق معايير الحوكمة في الشركة العائلية في الخليل. حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.07) بانحراف (0.53)، أظهرت النتائج أن الأساس القوي والفعال لقواعد الحوكمة مرتفع إلى حد ما، بمتوسط بلغ (4.05)، وانحراف (0.57)، وتوافر مكونات دور أصحاب المصلحة في طريقة ممارسة قواعد الحوكمة مرتفع، بمتوسط بلغ (4.03) وانحراف (0.56)، وتوافر الإفصاح والشفافية لجميع أصحاب المصلحة مرتفع، بمتوسط بلغ (3.98) وانحراف (0.59) كما تبن أن الريادة الاجتماعية في الشركة العائلية في الخليل كانت بدرجة عالية، بمتوسط بلغ (4.10) وانحراف (0.56)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية متوسطة بين مدى تطبيق معايير الْـحَــوْكَـمِـة في الشركات العائلية الريادة الاجتماعية، حيث بلغ معامل ارتباط بيرسون (0.381). كما أظهر النتائج عدم وجود فروق في مدى تطبيق معايير الْـحَــوكَـمِـة في الشركات العائلية وعلاقتها بتحقيق الريادة الاجتماعية التي تعزى المغيرات التالية (الجنس، طبيعة عمل الشركة، بينما توجد فروق تعزى إلى متغير تعدد الأجيال، سنوات الخبرة في العمل، حجم الشركة (عدد العاملين) لصالح الجيل الرابع لصالح ذوي الخبرة أكثر من 30 سنة، والشركات العائلية التي عدد العاملين فيها 1-20 عامل. كما بينت النتائج أن هناك العديد من الأنشطة الريادة الاجتماعية تقوم بها الشركات العائلية تمثلت في الأنشطة المادية التي تتمثل في الدعم المالي لبعض الأسر الفقيرة أو مساعدة بعض الطلبة خلال دراستهم في الجامعات، وأن لا يوجد معايير من أجل دعم ومساندة الأنشطة الريادية التي تتعلق بالأنشطة الاجتماعية، وأجمعت الشركات أنه لا يوجد شركات دائمة مع بعض المؤسسات ولكن يكون غالباً الدعم لبعض المؤسسات المجتمعية التي تعنى بالفقراء في هذا المجتمع والجمعيات التي تدعم الطلبة وبعض المشاريع التي تتعلق بالأطفال وطلبة المدارس، وأن الشركات لا تعمل تنسيق على مستوى واسع بل أن التنسيق يكون في وقت تنفيذ بعض المشاريع مثل دعم مدرسية في تجهيزات مدرسية تكون مع مجالس أولياء الأمور أو مدير المدرسية، وأن الهيكليات المسؤولة في الشركة عن تنفيذ الأنشطة الريادة المجتمعية تكون منوطة بمدير الشركة وفي بعض الأحيان في مجلس إدارة الشركة إذا كان هناك مشروع يدعم مدرسة أو جميع يحتاج إلى دعم على مستوى عالي، وأيضاً أشارت النتائج أنه يتم دعم الأنشطة في مجالات متعدد منها الأغذية على شكل طرود غذائية أو على شكل أقساط جامعية أو على شكل مشاريع داعمة للمدارس أو أقساط مدرسية لبعض الطلبة، وغيرها من الأنشطة التي قد تتم على مستوى فردي من الشركة مثل مساعدة عائلة فقيرة، وأن الشركة تقوم بدعم الفقراء وبعض الطلبة في التعليم وقد يكون هناك تبني لبعض الطلبة في دراستهم من خلال مشاريعهم ونجد أن بعض الطلبة يتم توظيفهم في هذه الشركة بعد تخرجهم، كما أنه يكون هناك بعض الكفالات الاجتماعية، لذا توصي الباحثة ضرورة بذل الشركات العائلية لجهود إضافية باتجاه تطبيق قواعد الحوكمة والمحافظة على المناخ الملائم لتطبيقها من أجل الحفاظ على الوضع القائمة في تطبيق قواعد الحوكمة، والحفاظ على تشريعات واضحة تحدد المسؤوليات الاجتماعية مع ضمان تحقيق مصالح ذوي العلاقة في الشركة.

The study aimed to investigate the extent of application of governance standards in family businesses and their relationship to achieving social entrepreneurship, and to determine the level of application of governance standards for family businesses in the city of Hebron, as well as the level of social entrepreneurship. The study population consisted of (254) companies according to the statistics of the Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the year 2023 AD. Where a list of companies' names and their information was obtained, the descriptive approach was used through a questionnaire and an interview as tools for collecting information. (204) questionnaires were obtained from employees in senior management, as well as (20) interviews with managers of those companies, and the sample was chosen randomly. Simple. Demonstrated a high degree of application of governance standards in the family business in Hebron. Where the arithmetic mean was (4.07) with a deviation of (0.53), the results showed that the strong and effective basis for governance rules was fairly high, with an average of (4.05), and a deviation of (0.57), and the availability of components of the role of stakeholders in the way governance rules are practiced is high, with an average of (4.03) and a deviation of (0.56), and the availability of disclosure and transparency for all stakeholders is high, with an average of (3.98) and a deviation of (0.59). It was also found that social entrepreneurship in the family company in Hebron was of a high degree, with a mean of (4.10) and a deviation of (0.56). The results also showed that there was a moderate positive relationship between the extent of application of governance standards in family companies and social entrepreneurship, as the Pearson correlation coefficient reached (0.381). . The results also showed that there are no differences in the extent of applying governance standards in family businesses and their relationship to achieving social entrepreneurship, which is attributed to the following variables (gender, nature of the company’s work, while there are differences due to the variable of multi gene rationality, years of work experience, size of the company (number of employees). In favor of the fourth generation, in favor of those with more than 30 years of experience, and family companies with 1-20 employees. The results also showed that there are many social entrepreneurial activities carried out by family companies, represented by financial activities represented in financial support to some poor families or helping some students during their studies at universities, and that there are no standards for supporting and assisting entrepreneurial activities that are related to social activities. The companies agreed that there are no permanent companies with some institutions, but support is often provided to some community institutions that care for the poor in this community, associations that support students, and some projects related to children and school students, and that the companies do not coordinate on a broad level, but rather that coordination occurs at the time of implementation. Some projects, such as supporting a school with school equipment, are with parent councils or the school principal, and the structures responsible in the company for implementing community leadership activities are entrusted to the company director and sometimes to the company’s board of directors if there is a project that supports a school or all that needs support on the ground. A high level, and the results also indicated that activities are supported in various fields, including food in the form of food parcels, in the form of university tuition, or in the form of projects supporting schools or school tuition for some students, and other activities that may take place at the individual level of the company, such as helping a family. Poor, and the company supports the poor and some students in education, and there may be adoption of some students in their studies through their projects, and we find that some students are employed in this company after they graduate, and there are also some social guarantees, so the researcher recommends the need for family companies to make efforts Additional steps towards applying governance rules and maintaining the appropriate climate for their application in order to maintain the existing situation in applying governance rules, and maintaining clear legislation that defines social responsibilities while ensuring that the interests of stakeholders in the company are achieved.
