Innovative development of food products production in Russia | Инновационное развитие производства пищевых продуктов в России

Inglés. The current level of innovation in food production in Russia is assessed. Much attention is paid to the analysis of innovative activity, the share of innovative goods in the total volume of shipped goods, the costs of production organizations for innovative activities, as well as the calculation of the integral indicator of innovative development of food production by regions of Russia. A possible direction for this study is the composing of integral ratings. The following indicators were used for the rating: the percentage of innovative goods, completed works, services in the total volume of shipped goods, completed works, services of organizations; the percentage of organizations engaged in technological innovations in the total number of industrial production organizations; the level of innovative activity of industrial production organizations; the percentage of innovation costs in the total volume of shipped goods, completed works, services of industrial production organizations. The calculation of the integral indicator made it possible to identify the leading regions in the innovative development of food industry. The top ten leading regions include Belgorod, Rostov, Kirov and Lipetsk regions, the Republic of Tatarstan, Moscow and Voronezh regions, Krasnodar Territory, Samara and Tambov regions. To improve the country's food security, it is necessary to increase the size of financial resources for the innovative development of the food industry.

Ruso. Дана оценка современного уровня инновационной деятельности в производстве пищевых продуктов страны. Большое внимание уделено анализу инновационной активности, удельному весу инновационных товаров в общем объёме отгруженных товаров, затратам организаций производства на инновационную деятельность, а также расчёту интегрального показателя инновационного развития производства пищевой продукции по регионам страны. Возможным направлением исследования инновационного развития в регионах России является построение интегральных рейтингов. Для рейтинга использовали показатели: удельный вес инновационных, товаров, выполненных работ, услуг в общем объеме отгруженных товаров, выполненных работ, услуг организаций; удельных вес организаций, осуществляющих технологические инновации, в общем числе организаций промышленного производства; уровень инновационной активности организаций промышленного производства; удельных вес затрат на инновационную деятельность в общем объеме отгруженных товаров, выполненных работ, услуг организаций промышленного производства. Расчёт интегрального показателя позволил выявить регионы-лидеры по инновационному развитию отрасли. В десятку регионов-лидеров входят Белгородская, Ростовская, Кировская и Липецкая области, Республика Татарстан, Московская и Воронежская области, Краснодарский край, самарская и Тамбовская области. Для повышения продовольственной безопасности страны необходимо увеличить размеры финансовых ресурсов для инновационного развития пищевой промышленности.
