El presente trabajo es un recorrido a través de la industria aeronáutica. Se explora la situación actual dentro del entorno global que condiciona el devenir del sector. Después de repasar la situación en España, Europa y alrededor del mundo, se procede a su análisis: utilizando la matriz DAFO, la herramienta PESTEL y las 5 fuerzas de Porter. Estudiando la política Industrial y Tecnológica que aplica al sector, se consigue plantear propuestas que reviertan en la mejora de la competitividad del sector; puliendo las debilidades y definiendo los importantes retos a los que debe hacer frente en los próximos años.

After reviewing the situation in Spain, Europe and around the world, we proceed to its analysis: using the SWOT matrix, the PESTEL and the 5 Porter forces tools. By studying the Industrial and Technological policy which it applies to the sector, it is possible to set proposals wichrevert in the improvement of the competitiveness inthe sector; polishing the weaknesses and defining the important challenges that must be faced in the coming years.
