Diversidad de nematodos en un tramo del rio Guadalquivir y su uso como posibles bioindicadores de la calidad del agua

[ES] Los nematodos son muy abundantes en ríos y arroyos. Su diversidad se puede ver afectada por las condiciones del medio acuático. En este trabajo, se ha realizado un estudio de diversidad de la nematofauna en el tramo medio del río Guadalquivir, con el objetivo de identificar la nematofauna en distintos puntos del río Guadalquivir a su paso por la provincia de Jaén, estudiar la distribución de las poblaciones a lo largo del tramo seleccionado, conocer los niveles de abundancia nematológica en cada punto de extracción de las muestras y usar la diversidad de la nematofauna como posibles bioindicadores de la calidad del agua. De los resultados obtenidos, aparecen 20 especies, agrupadas en seis órdenes y 14 familias. Los órdenes Dorylaimida y Rhabditida son los más abundantes, aunque en el río Guadalentín, el más representado es el Enoplida. Estos órdenes podrían ser posibles bioindicadores de la calidad del agua.

[EN] Nematodes are very frequent in rivers and streams and their diversity can be affected by the environmental conditions. In this work, a study of the diversity of the current nematofauna in the middle stretch of the river Guadalquivir is going to be made, with the objective of identifying the existing nematofauna in different parts of the river Guadalquivir in its path on the province of Jaen, studying the distribution of the towns a long the selected stretch, knowing the levels of nematodes abundance in each extraction point of the samples and using the diversity of the nematofauna as possible bioindicators of water quality. Of the results obtained, the appearance of 20 species, grouped into six orders and 14 families, stands out. The orders Dorylaimida and Rhabditida are the most abundant, although in the Guadalentín River, the greatest number of representatives is Enoplida. These orders could be possible bioindicators of water quality.
