Les ressources d’eau à Oued Righ : Contraintes, limites et conséquences sur le développement de l’agriculture de la région d’Oued Righ

عرف الاستغلال الغير عقلاني وسوء التسيير للموارد المائية في المناطق الصحراوية في العشرية الاخيرة زيادة حيث لوحظت بعض الانحرافات، و النتائج المسجلة كانت في معظمها سلبية وهذا رغم توجيهات السياسة الوطنية الخاصة بتنمية الفلاحة الصحراوية. تحتوي منطقة وادي ريغ على ثروات مائية هامة، تتمثل في (طبقة المركب النهائي و طبقة القاري المتداخل)، مختلف هذه النطاقات تحتوي على امكانيات مائية هامة، التي تستغل حاليا بكثافة والموجهة اساسا الى القطاع الزراعي، رغم توفر هذا المورد فان استغلال هذا الاخير يشكل عائقا بالنسبة للمنطقة خاصة في جانب التنمية الفلاحية.

L’exploitation irraisonnée et la mauvaise gestion des ressources en eau mobilisées dans les régions sahariennes ont connu une certaine évolution au cours de la dernière décennie, mais des déboires ont été observés et des résultats décevants ont été enregistrés. Tout cela, en dépit des orientations de la politique nationale inhérente au développement de l’option agronomie saharienne. La région d'Oued Righ possède une richesse hydrique importante, représentée par deux grands systèmes aquifères multicouches (le Continental Intercalaire et le Complexe Terminal). Ces différentes nappes recèlent des potentialités hydriques importantes, qui sont actuellement abondamment exploitées pour des usages agricoles. Malgré la disponibilité de cette ressource, celle-ci pose un problème dans cette région, surtout pour le développement agricole.
