Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de una finca agroturística en el cantón Loreto provincia de Orellana.

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo la elaboración de un estudio de factibilidad, mediante investigación de campo, para la implementación de una finca agroturística en la comunidad Altamira como aporte para el desarrollo turístico del cantón Loreto, provincia de Orellana. El enfoque fue cuali-cuantitativo. La investigación fue de campo y documental, puesto que se obtuvo información dentro de la finca y se realizó revisión bibliográfica. Se identificó el área de estudio, se realizó la evaluación de los recursos naturales de la finca con ayuda de las fichas de inventario propuestas por el Ministerio de Turismo (MINTUR). Además, se revisó información acerca de estudios previos realizados dentro de la provincia. Una vez recopilados los datos necesarios, se aplicó encuestas para realizar el estudio de mercado considerando características que permitan conocer el perfil del turista, con lo que se realizó el estudio económico-financiero. Como resultado se conoció que el proyecto necesitará una inversión de $312.250,00 y se verá resultados a lo largo de 5 años. Se concluye que el proyecto si es viable y factible para su implementación. Se recomienda actualizar la información y fortalecer el agroturismo para crear nuevas oportunidades laborales, dinamizar la economía local y mejorar la calidad de vida de la población en general.

The present research was aimed to elaborate a feasibility study, through field research for the implementation of an agro-tourism farm in Altamira community as a contribution to the tourism development in Loreto canton, province of Orellana. The approach was quali-quantitative; the research was field and documentary, the information was obtained on the farm and a bibliographic review. The study area was identified, and the natural resources of the farm were evaluated with the help of the inventory sheets proposed by the Ministry of Tourism (MOT). In addition, information about previous studies carried out in the province. Once the necessary data were collected, surveys were applied to carry out the market study considering characteristics that would allow the tourist profile to be known, and economic and financial study too. As a result, it was determined that the project will require an investment of $312,250.00 and the results will be seen over 5 years. It is concluded that project is viable and feasible for implementation. It is recommended to update the information and strengthen agrotourism to create new job opportunities, boost local economy and improve quality life of population in general.
