Evaluation of the biological efficiency of a complex of microorganisms in the fight against root-knot nematode on protected-ground tomatoes | Оценка биологической эффективности комплекса микроорганизмов в борьбе с галловой нематодой на томате защищенного грунта

Inglés. The studies were aimed to assess the effectiveness of the industrial sample of the biological product Insetim Plus, L in the control of Meloidogyne incognita on protected ground tomatoes. The work was carried out in a greenhouse located in the Krasnodar region in 2023-2024. The study object was the nonresistant tomato hybrid Yarimaru. The inicial level of Meloidogyne incognita infection in 2023 was 60.1%, in 2024 – 61.7%. To control plant parasites, the nematicide Insetim Plus, L was applied thrice (the titre of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp thuringiensis IPM-1140 was at least 2.0x108 CFU/cm3, Streptomyces avermitilis ATCC 31267 was at least 4.0x105 CFU/cm3, Metarhizium anisopliae var anisopliae was at least 4.0x106 CFU/cm3, Beauveria bassiana was at least 4.0x106 CFU/cm3, Arthrobotrys oligospora 168 was at least 4.0x105 CFU/cm3) in the budding phase with water under drip irrigation at intervals of 7 days. The reference preparation Fitoverm, P (Aversectin S, 8 g/kg) was scattered once over the soil surface one day before planting the seedlings, bursting the soil. The control plants were non-treated. When using the preparations Insetim Plus, L and Fitoverm P, the absence of gall formation was observed in 69.6-71.1% of tomato plants in 2023, and 75.8-78.1% in 2024. The biological efficiency of the experimental preparation over the years of research was 70.9-72.0%, while that of the reference (Fitoverm, P) it was by 6.0-5.2% higher. The tomato yield in the studied variant in 2023 exceeded the value of this indicator in the standard and control by 0.3 and 1.4 kg/m2, respectively, in 2024 – by 0.5 and 1 kg/m2. The increase in yield due to the use of Insetim Plus, L is presumably associated with the presence of microorganisms in the composition of the preparation that have a stimulating effect on plants.

Ruso. Исследования проводили с целью оценки эффективности промышленного образца биологического препарата Инсетим Плюс, Ж в борьбе с мелойдогинозом на томате защищенного грунта. Работу выполняли в 2023–2024 гг. в условиях теплицы в Краснодарском крае. Объект исследований - не устойчивый гибрид томата Яримару. Уровень зараженности мелойдогинозом в контроле в 2023 г. составлял 60,1%, в 2024 г. – 61,7%. Для борьбы с фитопаразитами проводили трехкратное внесение нематицида Инсетим Плюс, Ж (титр Bacillus thuringiensis subsp thuringiensis ИПМ-1140 – не менее 2,0 x 10E8 КОЕ/см3, Streptomyces avermitilis ATCC 31267 – не менее 4,0 x 10E5 КОЕ/см3, Metarhizium anisopliae var anisopliae – не менее 4,0 x 10E6 КОЕ/см3, Beauveria bassiana – не менее 4,0 x 10E6 КОЕ/см3, Arthrobotrys oligospora 168 – не менее 4,0 x 10E5 КОЕ/см3) в фазе бутонизации с водой при капельном поливе с интервалом 7 дней. Эталонный препарат Фитоверм, П (Аверсектин С, 8 г/ кг) за день до высадки рассады однократно рассыпали по поверхности почвы и проводили рыхление. В контроле обработку не проводили. При использовании препаратов Инсетим Плюс, Ж и Фитоверм, П отсутствие галлообразования в 2023 г. отмечали у 69,6...71,1% растений томата, в 2024 г. – 75,8...78,1%. Биологическая эффективность экспериментального препарата за годы исследований составила 70,9...72,0%, у эталона (Фитоверм, П) она была на 6,0...5,2% больше. Урожайность томата в исследуемом варианте в 2023 г. превышала величину этого показателя в эталоне и контроле соответственно на 0,3 и 1,4 кг/м2, в 2024 г. – на 0,5 и 1,0 кг/м2. Увеличение урожайности в варианте с применением Инсетим Плюс, Ж, предположительно, связано с наличием в составе препарата микроорганизмов, которые оказывают на растения стимулирующее действие.
