ANALYSIS OF THE WINTER WHEAT CERTIFIED SEED MARKET

The aim of this study was to analyse of the of the winter wheat certified seed market, especially marketposition of Polish plant breeding in years 2010-2016. It was found that during the analyzed period positionof Polish winter wheat breeding companies deteriorated significantly. This quantity of varieties which arein the National List of Cultivar and seed reproduction, as well as participate in the surface of the seedqualification. The largest domestic wheat breeder was the company DANKO and the biggest foreign wascompany KWS Lochow.
