Currently the world all is worried about the welfare animal, and in fact, the industrial birds only displays its potential genetic, in a welfare state physicist. Although the standards of the equipment and the types of lodgings have suffered significant alterations in terms from automatization in the last times, such state alone if obtains with the intervention human being. Thus being we have that the man is basic in the intensive poultry production. With the objective to investigate the paper of the hand of workmanship in viability terms, productivity of broiler breeders and eclodibility and incubability of fertile eggs, comparative study in two farms of the same company was become fullfilled working with broiler breeders of same age and line, and sheds with similar structural characteristics, however with different type of workmanship hand. One concluded that it had significant difference in productivity terms and incubability of eggs in the farm where it had hand of trained and specialized workmanship.
