Eficiência agronômica de diferentes formulações de inoculantes contendo Bradyrhizobium na cultura da soja em Roraima. = The effectiveness of different formulations of inoculants containing Bradyrhizobium on the soybean crop in Roraima.

A tecnologia da inoculação tem permitido obter elevadas produtividades de soja sem a aplicação de nitrogênio mineral no Brasil. Para o maior sucesso desta tecnologia é importante avaliar a eficiência de diferentes formulações de inoculantes, principalmente em áreas de primeiro cultivo. Objetivou-se com este trabalho avaliar os efeitos da inoculação da soja com Bradyrhizobium nas formulações de veículo turfoso e líquido. Foram conduzidos dois experimentos em condições de campo nos anos de 2005 e 2006 com inoculação de sementes da soja da cultivar BRS Tracajá na semeadura com inoculante turfoso, inoculante líquido, um controle sem inoculação, além de um tratamento com a aplicação de 200 kg ha-1 de N. Aos 35 dias apósa emergência das plantas foram avaliados o número e massa de nódulos, a massa seca e N-total da parte aérea, e, na colheitao rendimento de grãos e o acúmulo de N nos grãos. O inoculante turfoso proporcionou maior número e massa de nódulos, enquanto o fertilizante nitrogenado mineral propiciou maior massa seca e N-total da parte aérea e ambos foram superiores ao controle. A inoculação das sementes de soja com Bradyrhizobium proporcionou rendimento de grãos semelhante ao fertilizante nitrogenado com 200 kg ha-1 de N, independentemente do veículo do inoculante, evidenciando assim a eficiência da tecnologia de inoculação com ambas as formulações testadas. = The inoculation technology has resulted in obtaining high yields of soybean grains without the application of mineral nitrogen in Brazil. The evaluation of different inoculant formulations, especially in new areas, is important to improve the success of this technology. Consequently, the aim of this study was evaluate the effects of soybean inoculation with Bradyrhizobium in the peat and liquid carrier. Two field experiments were conducted in 2005 and 2006 using soybean (cultivar BRS Tracajá) seeds inoculated with peat or liquid inoculant, a control without inoculation, and another treatment with the application of 200 kg ha-1 of N. Thirty five days after the emergence of the plants the nodules number and dry weight, dry weight and Total N in aerial plant matter, and at the harvest, grains yield and N in the grains were evaluated. The peat inoculant provided high number of nodules and dry weight, while mineral nitrogen fertilizer provided the largest plant dry matter and total N; both of these treatments were significant superior relative to the control. The soybean seeds inoculation with Bradyrhizobium provided grains yield similar to mineral nitrogen fertilization with 200 kg ha-1 of N, independently of the inoculant carrier, thereby suggesting the efficiency of this technology for both formulations tested.
