The results of the study of population characteristics of Quercus robur L. cenopopulations are presented: absolute number of alleles ((na), effective number of alleles (ne), expected heterozygosity (He). For all populations the average value of expected heterozygosity was 0.3848. The genetic diversity of ecotopes was also studied on the basis of the average level of expected heterozygosity. It is shown that in a row of ecotopes “floodplain → arena→ ravine” there is a relationship between the magnitude of the average expected heterozygosity and the soil hydrological regime.
