Проблема дезинфекции камер и тары при закладке на хранение плодов и овощей | The problem of disinfection of chambers and containers when storing fruits and vegetables

The article raises the problem of losses of fruit and vegetable products due to diseases during storage, provides a brief overview of existing disinfectants and mechanization tools. A solution to this problem is proposed as one of the directions for increasing the volume of sales of fruit growing products in order to maximize the use of the grown crop. Today, due to the lack of domestic equipment in the Republic of Belarus for disinfection of chambers and containers, product losses from non-compliance with this technological process reach 20-25%, which, taking into account the fruit and vegetable storage facilities with a total capacity of 496 thousand tons put into operation since 2010, is 100 thousand tons or 12-15 million dollars. This problem can be solved by developing domestic equipment for effective disinfection of containers for storing fruits and vegetables, which will reduce labor costs, reduce water and electricity consumption and improve the working conditions of service personnel. / В статье поднята проблема потерь плодоовощной продукции от болезней при закладке на хранение, представлен краткий обзор существующих дезинфицирующих препаратов и средств механизации. Предложено решение данной проблемы, как одно из направлений увеличения объемов реализации продукции плодоводства с целью максимального использования выращенного урожая. На сегодняшний день вследствие отсутствия в Республике Беларусь отечественного оборудования для дезинфекции камер и тары потери продукции от несоблюдения данного технологического процесса достигают 20-25%, что с учетом введенных с 2010 года в эксплуатацию хранилищ для плодов и овощей совокупной мощностью 496 тыс. тонн составляет 100 тыс. тонн или 12-15 млн. долларов. Данную проблему можно решить разработкой отечественного оборудования для эффективной дезинфекции тары для хранения плодов и овощей, которое позволит сократить затраты труда, снизить расход воды и электроэнергии и улучшить условия труда обслуживающего персонала.
