A importância da Escola Família Agrícola da Serra Gaúcha para o desenvolvimento rural da região | The importance of the Escola Família Agrícola da Serra Gaúcha for the rural development of the region

O presente trabalho consiste em analisar e compreender a importância da Escola Família Agrícola da Serra Gaúcha para o desenvolvimento rural da região, através da perspectiva dos egressos, contextualizando a Escola Família Agrícola da Serra Gaúcha - EFASERRA, a história que foi construída e os instrumentos pedagógicos que utiliza (pedagogia da alternância, estágio de vivência, colocação em comum, roda, tutoria, visita as famílias, caderno de acompanhamento, caderno da realidade, coletivos, experimentos e experiências, intervenções externas, mística, Projeto Profissional do Jovem - PPJ). Nesta pesquisa também foi observado o papel da família na formação do jovem, a relação Escola-Família-Agrícola, de que maneira a formação de Técnico em Agropecuária prepara o jovem para o pós ensino médio e como esse conjunto de formações coloca o egresso frente ao mundo. Também foi considerado o trabalho que a Escola faz para mostrar ao jovem as ferramentas que ele tem em mãos, possibilitando que permaneça no meio rural, mas que também se preferir deixá-lo, o faça com consciência. Deste modo, demonstrou-se a importância da Escola no desenvolvimento rural da região em que atua, onde mais de 50% dos jovens que passaram pelo processo de formação permanecem no meio rural, bem como, quase 80% dos mesmos exercem a profissão da qual receberam formação na Escola. Neste trabalho foi identificado que a Escola atende essencialmente o público da agricultura familiar, e masculino, mas que está se buscando uma equidade de gênero dentro das novas turmas. Para a realização desta pesquisa, de caráter qualitativo e quantitativo, foram aplicados questionários em 41, dos 89 egressos da Instituição.

The present work consists of analyzing and understanding the importance of the Escola Família Agrícola da Serra Gaúcha for the rural development of the region, through the perspective of the graduates, contextualizing the Escola Família Agrícola da Serra Gaúcha - EFASERRA, the history that was built and the pedagogical instruments it uses (pedagogy of alternation, internship, sharing, circle, tutoring, visiting families, monitoring notebook, reality notebook, collectives, experiments and experiences, external interventions, mystique, Professional Youth Project - PPJ). In this research, it was also observed the role of the family in the formation of the young person, the School-Family-Agricultural relationship, how the formation of an Agricultural Technician prepares the young person for post-secondary education and how this set of formations puts the graduate in relation to the world. It was also considered the work that the School does to show young people the tools they have in their hands, allowing them to remain in rural areas, but also if they prefer to leave them, do so with conscience. In this way, the importance of the School in the rural development of the region in which it operates was demonstrated, where more than 50% of the young people who went through the training process remain in the rural environment, as well as, almost 80% of them exercise the profession for which received training at the School. In this work, it was identified that the School essentially serves the public of family farming, and male, but that gender equity is being sought within the new classes. To carry out this qualitative and quantitative research, questionnaires were applied to 41 of the 89 graduates of the Institution.
