تأثير الصنف والرش بحامض الهيومك في نمو وإنتاجية حريرة الذرة الصفراء(Zea mays L.) ومحتواها من بعض المركبات الفعالة لموعدين من القطف | Effect of Variety and Spraying of Humic Acid on Growth and Produc-tivity of Silk Corn (Zea mays L.) and it‘s content of some active com-pounds to the date of harvesting

Arábica. نفذت تجربة حقلية أثناء الموسم الخريفي 2016 في ناحية النيل الواقعة على بعد 8 كم شمال شرق الحلة لدراسة تأثير الصنف والرش بحامض الهيومك في نمو وإنتاجية حريرة الذرة الصفراءZea mays L. ومحتواها من بعض المركبات الفعالة، تضمن التصميم التجريبي استخدام تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة   (RCBD) بترتيب التجارب العاملية وبثلاثة مكررات مُثّل العامل الأول بثلاثة أصناف تركيبية من الذرة الصفراء هي فجر1 والمها وبغداد3، أما العامل الثاني رش تراكيز حامض الهيومك 0 و 0.5 و 1.0 و 2.0 غم.لتر-1، تم قطف الحريرة بموعدين بعد 14 و28 يوماُ من إنفلاق قمة العرنوص، أوضحت النتائج تفوق الصنف فجر1 بإعطاء أعلى متوسط لعدد الأوراق ومحتواها من الكلوروفيل الكلي والوزن الطري والجاف للحريرة إذ بلغ 16.95 ورقة.نبات-1 وSPAD 51.61 وبلغ الوزن الطري والجاف للحريرة 8.81 و 2.86 غم.عرنوص-1 للقطفة بعد 14 يوماً و4.71 و3.25 غم.عرنوص-1 للقطف بعد 28 يوماً بالتتابع، وتفوق صنف المها في إعطاء أعلى المتوسطات في محتوى الفينولات والفلافونويدات والكاروتينات الكلية للقطفة بعد 14 يوماً بلغت 155.16 و 48.40 و 10.75 ملغم.كغم-1 وزن جاف بينما تفوق الصنف فجر1 في محتوى الحريرة من المركبات أعلاه للقطف بعد 28 يوماً بلغ 95.64 و 47.65 و 6.03 ملغم.كغم-1 وزن جاف بالتتابع، وأعطى تركيز الرش 2.0 غم.لتر-1 أعلى المتوسطات للصفات أعلاه بلغت 16.93 ورقة.نبات-1 وSPAD 53.61 وبلغ الوزن الطري والجاف للحريرة 9.66 و 2.94 غم.عرنوص-1 للقطفة بعد 14 يوماً و5.76 و3.70 غم.عرنوص-1 للقطف بعد 28 يوماً بالتتابع، وتفوق تركيز الرش 2.0 غم.لتر-1 في إعطاء أعلى المتوسطات في محتوى الفينولات والفلافونويدات الكلية للقطفة بعد 14 يوماً بلغت 140.59 و 53.29 ملغم.كغم-1 وزن جاف فيما كان للتركيز نفسه اعلى المتوسطات في محتوى الانثوسيانينات والكاروتينات الكلية لموعد القطف بعد 28 يوماً بلغت 7.86 و 6.32 ملغم.كغم-1 وزن جاف بالتتابع .
