Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]While the Canadian International Food Security Research Fund (CIFSRF) Phase 2 project portfolio has already made strong contributions to people’s diet quality and nutrition, its latent potential contribution may be an order of magnitude greater – particularly if the momentum can be sustained, and with the uptake of proven technologies and processes expanded. This paper synthesises nutrition effects of the projects by making analyses along three lines, corresponding with internal IDRC/ CIFSRF programme thinking on nutrition: Nutrition Education; Dietary Diversity and More Nutritious Crops; Food fortification and Value-added Food Processing. Information is tabled for ease of access.
