Efficacy of promising strains of bacteria of the genus Bacillus against the large wax moth Galleria mellonella L. and their compatibility with pesticides recommended in fruit cenosis | Эффективность перспективных штаммов бактерий рода Bacillus в отношении большой восковой моли Galleria mellonella L. и их совместимость с пестицидами, рекомендуемыми в плодовых ценозах

Inglés. The studies aimed to compare the efficiency of promising bacterial strains with commercial insecticides and to study their compatibility with pesticides recommended for fruit cenoses. Seventeen promising entomopathogenic bacterial strains isolated from various stations in the Rostov Region, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories were studied. The following bioinsecticides were used to evaluate insecticidal activity in vitro: Insetim, L; Lepidocid, P; Biostop, L and Bitoxibacillin, P, which were applied in the recommended rates. The testing was conducted with respect to the laboratory population of the large wax moth Galleria mellonella L. in fivefold replication. Biological efficiency was calculated using the Henderson and Tilton formula. During the experiment to determine the compatibility of bacterial strains, the following pesticides were used: Zato, Merpan, Skor, Privent, Fufanon, Danadim Expert, Sumition, Fosban, Kraft, Pondus, Dimilin, Lepidocide, Biostop, Insetim, Bitoxibacillin. The experiment was carried out using a modified agar diffusion method; 0.33 ml of the preparation in the working concentration was added to a 0.8 mm seedbed. Seven bioagents were identified: Bacillus spp. BZR 588, Bacillus spp. BZR 1159, Bacillus spp. BZR 920, Bacillus spp. BZR 936, Bacillus spp. BZR 206, Bacillus spp. BZR 926, B. velezensis BZR 277, which demonstrated a high level of entomopathogenic activity. Their biological efficiency reached 78.8-94.9% and was comparable with commercial insecticides Insetim, L; Lepidocid, P; Biostop, L and Bitoxibacillin, P. Bioagents showed resistance to fungicides of strobilurin, phthalimide and triazole series. Full compatibility was observed with avermectins, neonicotinoids and inhibitors of chitin synthesis. Minor growth inhibition was observed during interaction with such organophosphorus compounds as Sumition, EC and Fosban, EC. The studied bacterial strains are potentially promising as agents of biological control of plant-eating insects of fruit cenosis.

Ruso. Исследования проводили с целью сравнения эффективности перспективных штаммов бактерий с коммерческими инсектицидами и изучения их совместимости с пестицидами, рекомендуемыми в плодовых ценозах. Изучено 17 перспективных энтомопатогенных штаммов бактерий, выделенных из различных стаций Ростовской области, Краснодарского и Ставропольского краев. При оценке инсектицидной активности in vitro использовали биоинсектициды Инсетим, Ж, Лепидоцид, П, Биостоп, Ж и Битоксибациллин, П, которые применяли в рекомендованных нормах. Тестирование проводили в отношении лабораторной популяции большой восковой моли Galleria mellonella L. в пятикратной повторности. Биологическую эффективность рассчитывали по формуле Хендерсона и Тилтона. В ходе эксперимента по определению совместимости штаммов бактерий использовали пестициды торговых марок Зато, Мерпан, Скор, Привент, Фуфанон, Данадим Эксперт, Сумитион, Фосбан, Крафт, Пондус, Димилин, Лепидоцид, Биостоп, Инсетим, Битоксибациллин. Опыт проводили модифицированным методом агаровой диффузии – в лунку 0,8 мм добавляли 0,33 мл препарата в рабочей концентрации. Выявили семь биоагентов – Bacillus spp. BZR 588, Bacillus spp. BZR 1159, Bacillus spp. BZR 920, Bacillus spp. BZR 936, Bacillus spp. BZR 206, Bacillus spp. BZR 926, B. velezensis BZR 277, которые продемонстрировали высокий уровень энтомопатогенной активности. Их биологическая эффективность достигала 78,8…94,9 % и была сопоставима с коммерческими инсектицидами Инсетим, Ж, Лепидоцид, П, Биостоп, Ж и Битоксибациллин, П. Биоагенты показали устойчивость к фунгицидам стробилуринового, фталимидного и триазольного ряда. Полная совместимость отмечена с авермектинами, неоникотиноидами и ингибиторами синтеза хитина. Незначительное ингибирование роста наблюдали при взаимодействии с такими фосфорорганическими соединениями, как Сумитион, КЭ и Фосбан, КЭ. Изученные штаммы бактерий потенциально перспективны в качестве агентов биологического контроля фитофагов плодового ценоза.
