Marsruut
2013
Bakalaureusetöö ülesandeks on Tartu kesklinnas asuva vahelduva rejeefiga ja rohke rohelusega ala ilmestamine ja kasutusotstarbe suurendamise saavutamine erinevate lahenduste näol. Eesmärgiks on analüüsida ala hetkeseisundit, mille põhjal vastavalt paiga iseärasustele ja probleemidele on vajalik leida lahendusi, kus üldine metoodika tugineb 2012 – 2013 õppeaasta sügissemestril toimunud õppeaine „ Linnaruumi kujundamine“ raames välja töötatud lahendustele. Kuna projektala piirab ühest küljest jalakäijate peatänav on seda jätkatud kasutades Kaubamaja ja Vanemuise vahelist haljasala jalakäijate marsruudi pikendamiseks. Tänu vahelduvale reljeefile, mis võimaldab tekitada vaateid on uued hooned planeeritud rõdude ja terrassidega. Linnakodanike küsitluse käigus selgus, et nad tunnevad headmeelt planeeritava ala roheluse üle, kuid osasid neist kasutatakse ainult ühest sihtmärgist teise jõudmiseks. Antud lahenduses planeeritud platvormide ja treppide kasutamisega haljasalal on püütud tekitada linnakodanikele õdusaid peatuspaiku ja kogunemiskohti.

Another task is to enlarge its possibilities of using by different solutions. To analyse the present condition of the region in the basis of possible solutions, according to peculiarities and problems connected with the region. The general methodics is based on the solutions, elaborated within the course named as „Suburban Formation“, having taken place during the autumn term 2012 – 2013. As the projected region is bordered by the main street for pedestrians from one side, it has been extended, by using the green area between Supermarket and Vanemuise Street to lengthen the passage for pedestrians. Because of the variable relief which enables to form some pleasant views, the new buildings have been planned, including terraces and balconies. When questioning some of the citizens, it appeared that they were pleased with greenery of the planned region. Anyway, some parts of the region are being used only to get from one destination to another. Speaking about the present solution, we have attempted to form for citizens some cosy stopping places and places of meeting, having used some planned platforms and terraces for that.
