Diferentes concentraciones de Biol con sangre de ganado vacuno y su efecto en el rendimiento de la Lactuca sativa L. Green leaf 550 en Loreto, Perú - 2015

La presente investigación buscó determinar el efecto de cuatro concentraciones de biol de sangre de ganado vacuno en el rendimiento del cultivo de lechuga (Lactuca sativa L.). La investigación se desarrolló en el Proyecto Vacunos de la Facultad de Agronomía de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, fundo Zungarococha, distrito de San Juan Bautista, provincia de Maynas, región Loreto. El diseño fue experimental. Se utilizó el Diseño Completo al Azar (OCA) con cuatro (4) tratamientos y cuatro (4) repeticiones. Se evaluó la altura de planta, número de hojas por planta, peso de la planta entera, rendimiento por m2 y rendimiento por hectárea. La investigación demostró que a mayor concentración de sangre de ganado vacuno en el Biol, los tratamientos tienen una tendencia a incrementarse en la variable independiente en estudio. Siendo el elemento nitrógeno el que mayor se incrementó pasando de 0.85% con el testigo a 1.37% en el tratamiento T3 (15% de sangre de vacuno). Se concluye que a mayor concentración de sangre de vacuno en el Biol, la respuesta del cultivo de lechuga, se incrementa siguiendo una respuesta lineal creciente, obteniéndose el mejor rendimiento en el tratamiento T3 (15% de sangre de vacuno), en altura de planta con 27.73 cm, peso de planta de 52.33 gr, diámetro foliar con 30.31 cm y rendimiento por hectárea (6000 m2) con 3452.30 kg.

The present investigation sought to determine the effect of four biol concentrations of cattle blood on the yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). The research was carried out in the Vaccine Project of the Faculty of Agronomy of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Zungarococha estate, San Juan Bautista district, Maynas province, Loreto region. The design was experimental. The Complete Random Design (OCA) was used with four (4) treatments and four (4) repetitions. Plant height, number of leaves per plant, weight of the entire plant, yield per m2 and yield per hectare were evaluated. The research showed that the higher the blood concentration of cattle in Biol, the treatments have a tendency to increase in the independent variable under study. The nitrogen element being the one that increased the most, going from 0.85% with the control to 1.37% in the T3 treatment (15% of bovine blood). It is concluded that at a higher concentration of bovine blood in Biol, the response of lettuce cultivation is increased following an increasing linear response, obtaining the best performance in the T3 treatment (15% of bovine blood), at plant height with 27.73 cm, plant weight of 52.33 gr, leaf diameter with 30.31 cm and yield per hectare (6000 m2) with 3452.30 kg.
