Inglés. Regarding the consumption of cultivated area by urbanization, the regional service of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (DRAAF) commanded the research unit TETIS to achieve a study. This study aims to quantify and qualify this consumption in order to raise awareness of the importance of this phenomenon and to make it curb. TETIS is also involved in the project Gouv.Innov, which studies the taking into account of the rural interests in governance process. From April to September 2011, TETIS commissioned me, during my internship, to analyze the impact of the diffusion of this new information in territorial governance. My task was to help the understanding of the context of this study and to meet professionals involved in this diffusion. These interviews were then analyzed by the means of a communication model, the sociotechnical information and communication system, also called Distic, to see how this system was formed, how the information content were produced and diffused and what are, in the Distic, the uses, the impacts and the trends of this data.

Face à la consommation des espaces agricoles par l'urbanisation, la Direction Régionale de l'Agriculture, de l'Alimentation et de la Forêt (DRAAF) a mandaté, via le Cemagref, l'Unité Mixte de Recherche (UMR) « Territoire, Environnement, Télédétection et Information Spatiale » (TETIS) pour réaliser une étude. Cette étude vise à quantifier et qualifier cette consommation afin de faire prendre conscience de l'importance de ce phénomène et de l'enrayer. L'UMR TETIS est aussi impliquée dans le projet Gouv.Innov qui étudie la prise en compte du monde rural dans les processus de gouvernance territoriale. Dans le cadre de ce projet, l'UMR TETIS m'a missionnée, lors de ce stage de fin d'étude d'avril à septembre 2011, afin d'analyser l'impact de la diffusion de ces nouvelles informations dans la gouvernance territoriale. J'ai donc fait des recherches sur les contextes de l'étude et rencontré les acteurs impliqués par cette diffusion. Ces entretiens ont été par la suite analysés à travers un modèle de communication, le Dispositif Socio-Technique d'Information et de Communication (Distic), afin de voir comment s'est formé ce dispositif, comment ces contenus informationnels ont été réalisés et diffusés, et quels sont, dans le Distic, les utilisations, les impacts et les évolutions de ces données.
