Database of local and global extinct species, biogeographical variables, and biological traits of the Macaronesian vascular flora

This database consists of three main parts: Table S1, which records extinct or extirpated vascular plant species from Macaronesia; Table S2, which summarizes biogeographic and demographic variables characterizing each Macaronesian island where vascular plant extinction events have occurred; and Tables S3 and S4, which detail the entire native vascular flora of the Azores and Canary Islands, including both extinct (well-supported records) and extant species, categorized by nine biological traits. Additionally, the database includes several supplementary sheets containing all cited bibliographic references for each case.
