제조 프로세스 최적화를 위한 AI RPA 설계

제조 기업들은 생산성 향상을 위해 공장 및 설비 투자 또는 공정 최적화와 같은 다양한 노력을 한다. 하지만 공정 최적화는 최적화와 적용 대상에 대한 전문 지식을 요구하기 때문에 높은 비용을 발생시킨다. 이러한 높은 비용으로 중소·중견기업들은 어려움을 겪는다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 자동으로 제조 공정 데이터 추출, 최적화 그리고 검증까지 수행하는 소프트웨어 AI RPA를 제안한다. 데이터로부터 프로세스 마이닝을 통해 자동으로 공정 정보를 추출하고 시각화하여 사용자에게 인사이트를 제공한다. 또한 제조 산업에서 중요하며 많이 발생하는 생산 인력 및 시간과 설비 배치에 대한 최적화를 수행한다. 최적화는 각각 납기를 만족하며 노무비를 최저로 하는 생산 인력 정보와 제품의 이동거리를 최소로 하는 설비 배치를 찾는다. 최적화된 결과는 디지털 트윈을 통해 검증을 거쳐 신뢰성 있는 결과를 사용자에게 제안한다. AI RPA를 실제 중소 제조 기업을 대상으로 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 실제 공장과 동일한 정보를 가지는 여러 프로세스를 확인하였고 생산 인력 및 시간 최적화는 모든 경우에 대한 납기 만족을 가능하게 하였다. 그리고 설비 배치 최적화는 기존의 설비 배치보다 이동거리(시간)을 약 54% 개선하였다.

Manufacturer endeavors in a various way to improve a productivity such asfactory's and machine's investment or process optimization. However, theprocess optimization requires domian knowledge of optimization, <br>understanding of field and corporate so that it costs tremendous. In this paper, we propose a software AI RPA that extracts a manufacturing process data, optimizes and validate the new process from optimization automatically. AI RPA does process mining in order to extract informationsof process and visualize them to provide an insight. In addition, it optimizes two usual issues: 'production manpower and time' and 'layout planning' which generally happens in manufacturing field. The former optimization is to find out an optimal parameters which meets the due date and minimize labor cost. The latter minimizes a total transportation distance of product in the factory as modifying the layout. A digital twin validates the result of optimization in order to suggest trustable new process for users. We experiment AI RPA with real data from manufacturing company. As a result, we figure out that it shows exactly identical three types of processes as the original and 'production manpower and time' optimization finds the optimal to meet all due date with minimum labor cost. Also, 'layout planning' optimization not only improves about 54% of the total transportation time, but also meets all due date.
